About Me

I love programming, especially web and mobile. I mostly do Web Development using Asp.Net MVC (C#), HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and some mobile work. I have been a Administrator and developer for SQL Server and MySQL, as well as a developer for an Oracle database.

I started programming in High School with Basic and C++. I went to college at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology where I was taught how to program, not just how to program in a specific programming language. At Rose-Hulman, I programmed using C++, Java, SQL, Scheme, and a few others.

It wasn't until I started my first job that I started programming using .Net. Within 6 months, I obtained my MCSD.Net certification from Microsoft in VB.Net. Shortly after that, I passed the Comptia Project+ certification. Since then I have been constantly learning and enhancing my skill set.

I currently reside in the Southern Indiana / Louisville area with my wife, two daughters, and two sons.
